Eligibility for Returns

We offer FREE returns within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged item.

  • You received the wrong item.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damaged or incorrect item.

  • The item must be unused (unless it was damaged upon arrival) and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is free. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Offer a replacement, if preferred and stock is available.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved and received. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
